How to create a ticket in Helpdesk

  1. To access the UCU Helpdesk system, click https://helpdesk.ucu.ac.ug
  2. Click the Sign In option (located in the upper right-hand corner
3. Login using UCU email address and password

4. Under Help Topic: choose a topic that describes your issue

5. Under Summary: write a brief about your issue

6. Describe the reason for opening the ticket

7.Take a screenshot of the error and upload (optional)

8. Click Create Ticket to open the ticket
