A message below will be displayed.
Proceed to your alpha registered personal email and look for the message from "UCU Notifications" and click on the password reset link indicated by the arrow.
Paying close attention the password rules listed at level 6, enter your new password at 4 and confirm/repeat it at 5 and click the Submit button to register the new password.
Please note, you can click on the eye, in the password area to see the password that you are typing.
After changing your password, give it at least 3-5 minutes before logging in.
NOTE:
The new password you create in Alpha, becomes your password for everything, i.e Moodle, eduroam, email etc. Please make sure to reconnect to eduroam with the new password.
